Flat-cut lettering has always been a popular option for signs due to the sheer variety of sizes, options and materials that are available. Valley Group specialises in producing made-to-order pieces designed to help the client effectively promote a specific service or product. In fact, we have the ability to manufacture nearly any type of letter or pattern at heights of up to three metres. An additional vinyl, print finish and spray paint can be applied to these letters or logos when required.

Here at Valley Group, we have the ability to produce flat-cut letters from foam PVC, acrylic, wood and an aluminium composite material. Mirrored and brush finishes are available alongside plain colouring. As we employ a highly precise CNC cutting machine, even the most minute of details can be addressed with ease. The sides of acrylic letters can also be polished upon request. For an additional charge, locators and templates can be supplied to streamline the installation process. Our sizes currently range from 30mm to 3000mm.
